This process is commonly used for functional components such as hydraulic valve bodies, pump housings, and pneumatic components.

 

For low-pressure casting, where parts are shell or cover-shaped with thin walls, the pressure-driven filling ensures good integrity of the thin walls and high material utilization. This process is frequently used for parts such as motor housings and inverter housings.

III.
